Questions before you book?
Clear answers about appointments, insurance, telehealth, testing, and follow-up.
Yes. Hemlock Clinic is accepting new patients. The clinic primarily provides adult primary care. Minors may be seen for USCIS immigration medical exams, and sports physicals are available for patients age 10 and older. Visit the new patient information page before booking.
Hemlock Clinic currently accepts Premera, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Regence. Coverage, copays, deductibles, and patient responsibility depend on the individual plan. Review the accepted insurance information and confirm benefits directly with your insurer.
For patients without insurance, or those choosing not to use insurance, the current self-pay rate is $250 for an initial physician visit and $150 for a follow-up visit. The in-clinic component of the USCIS immigration medical exam is $350. Laboratory tests, vaccinations, imaging, and some administrative forms or letters may involve separate charges.
Same-day, next-day, evening, and Saturday appointments may be available. Some weekdays include appointments until 6:00 PM. Appointment availability changes, so patients should book through Healow, Zocdoc, the website, or by calling 425-300-9355.
Most services may be available through a combination of in-person care and telehealth when clinically appropriate. USCIS Form I-693 examinations and sports physicals require an in-person visit.
A typical first appointment lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Follow-up visits are commonly 15 to 20 minutes and may be longer when needed. Your provider reviews your history, current concerns, medications, risks, and the next steps appropriate for your care.
Routine laboratory work, vaccinations, and imaging are coordinated with outside laboratories, pharmacies, and imaging centers. Common laboratory partners include Labcorp and Quest, while imaging may be coordinated with Evergreen, Kaiser, or another appropriate facility. Hemlock Clinic currently offers onsite influenza A and B testing and rapid strep throat testing.
Results and follow-up instructions are generally communicated through the patient portal or by phone. When care is needed outside the clinic’s scope, referrals and supporting information are sent through the electronic health record system to coordinate the next step.
Team members speak English, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu, and Spanish. Interpretation support may be available in these languages depending on staff availability.
