In his own words - Dr. Manpreet Sran:
I am so glad you are here!
I’m a board-certified Internal Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine physician, and I
started this practice with one mission: to bring world-class, relationship-driven care to families
on Seattle’s Eastside.
My journey to medicine wasn’t traditional. It began behind a drum kit in Los Angeles, where I
was pursuing music. But over time, that creative drive evolved into something deeper—a calling
to connect, to care, and to be part of people’s lives in a meaningful way. That path led me
across the world to study medicine at Manipal University in India, and then to New York City,
where I completed my Internal Medicine residency in one of the country’s busiest hospitals.
I later trained in Hospice & Palliative Medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where I
learned the power of empathy and presence in healthcare—especially during life’s most
vulnerable moments. My clinical work has since taken me to Austin and Las Vegas, where I’ve
led patient-centered programs and cared for individuals in hospitals, homes, and underserved
communities. But it was the Pacific Northwest that truly felt like home. My family and I were drawn here by
the natural beauty, thoughtful communities, and the sense of balance this region offers. We’ve
settled into life on the Eastside, and I couldn’t be more excited to serve this vibrant, diverse,
and dynamic population.
I built this practice to offer something I believe is often missing in modern healthcare:
continuity, trust, and personalized care that grows with you and your family. I want to navigate
through your entire wellness journey - whether you’re facing a new diagnosis, looking for a
physician who truly listens, or simply need a reliable partner in prevention and wellness—I’m
here.
When I’m not with patients, I’m usually on a trail somewhere with my wife, Kajal, and our son,
Armaan. We love discovering hidden parks, chasing sunsets, and jumping in puddles (that one’s
mostly Armaan). I also make time for tennis, running with good music, and unwinding behind
my drum kit. And yes—our LEGO builds are getting more ambitious by the week.
It’s an honor to care for this community, and I look forward to being part of your health journey
for years to come.

Patient Experiences That Speak for Themselves
Dr. Sran is an excellent doctor! He’s patient, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his patients. He explains things clearly and never makes you feel rushed, which I really appreciate. His new clinic in Redmond is clean, modern, and welcoming. I feel very confident being under his care and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor in the area.
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a clinic. The staff is incredibly welcoming; you can truly feel that they care about their patients and genuinely love what they do. Dr. Sran is outstanding. He’s warm, kind, and took all the time I needed without ever making me feel rushed, which has been rare compared to other clinics I’ve visited. Kay is very helpful with check in and explaining everything in detail! And the best part? They’re actually accepting new patients!
Dr. Sran is incredibly empathetic and takes the time to understand you. His wonderful staff is just as great, and the convenient hours and location make everything easy. Highly recommend.
Five stars for Dr. Sran and Kay! They explains things in detail, they provide a lot of time. Both are very insightful and empathetic! I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for great primary care!
I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Dr. Sran is very knowledgeable and caring, providing excellent medical care. The front office staff, especially Kay, was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking compassionate and efficient healthcare!
I am so lucky to have found Hemlock Clinic. I booked my appointment on Sunday and was surprised to see the flexibility in their schedule. I came here as my last resort. Finding a primary who would really listen to me and help guide me with my medical care had seemed impossible until I met Dr. Sran. He really took the time to listen to me and came up with a rock solid plan. He is very involved in the referral process and that in itself is very refreshing. Kay has also been amazing. She made the process very easy and I look forward to seeing them again.
