Our Chief Medical Officer, Manpreet Sran, is a licensed U.S. Civil Surgeon authorized by USCIS to perform immigration medical examinations and complete Form I-693.

What Is Included in the USCIS Immigration Medical Exam?

We simplify the I-693 process with four main steps:

1 Medical Exam & Immunization Review

Performed in clinic and includes:

Medical history review
Mental health screening
Comprehensive vaccination review
Basic vital signs and blood pressure check
Please note: the USCIS medical exam typically does not include invasive “hands-on” examinations such as genital, pelvic, or breast exams.

2 Required Laboratory Testing

Performed at a laboratory and may include testing for:

Tuberculosis (TB)
Syphilis
Gonorrhea

Testing requirements vary based on age and USCIS guidelines.

3 Required Vaccinations

If any vaccinations are missing, they can be completed at a licensed pharmacy.
Please do not receive additional vaccines before your appointment. Our Civil Surgeon will determine exactly which vaccines, if any, are required.

4 Completion of Form I-693

Our Civil Surgeon will complete and certify your official USCIS Form I-693.

What to Expect

We prefer to see all family members attending for immigration exams during the same
appointment whenever possible.
Only one formal clinic appointment is typically required. Remaining steps can usually
be completed on a flexible drop-in basis.
Estimated Appointment Times

1–2 family members: Approximately 30 minutes
3 family members: Approximately 45 minutes
4+ family members: Approximately 60 minutes

Children are only required to attend the first appointment.

Processing Timeline

If all infectious disease testing is negative, completed I-693 packets are typically ready within 7 business days.

Express Processing (+$75 per applicant)

Expedited completion may be available for urgent USCIS submissions. Eligibility depends on:
✅ Timely completion of labs and vaccines
✅ Negative infectious disease results
Once completed, each certified I-693 form will be sealed in an official USCIS envelope for submission to your attorney or directly to USCIS. A digital copy will also be provided for your records.

Valid Government-Issued Photo ID

Passport, or
Driver’s License / State ID

Valid Government-Issued Photo ID

Original immunization records
Printed copies whenever possible

Previous I-693 Forms (if applicable)

Please bring a copy for our records.

Fees & Payment

Please note: insurance is not billed for the clinic portion of the immigration medical exam or completion of Form I-693. However, insurance may often be used for laboratory testing and vaccinations.
Payment is due at your first appointment.

Pricing

$350 per applicant (cash payment)
$350 per applicant + 4% processing fee (credit card)
$75 per applicant for express processing
$150 each for additional original sealed I-693 forms
$15 per form for printing services

Additional charges may apply for positive TB testing or follow-up evaluation. These will
